Startup Crash Due to File Not Found

Is there somewhere I can download osx_all_highres_download_list.xml directly? The steam client is failing to locate it when I press Play.

What OSX version are you on? Seems like I had the exact same problems when I was on Yosemite... I upgraded the OSX to Sierra (not High Sierra) and it worked just fine. Mine would crash at the end of the preload. Smooth sailing on Sierra for the last 2 months.

i updated to catalina (v 10.15.2)
