in-game customer service failure take2, black abbot raid

i've killed all the bosses and broke crystals in litany so often i'm ransacking chests. the doors to the raid still refuse to my repeated attempts to open them. the npc for it doesn't even speak to me. i have r3 completions for all the quests. now lvl 17. 3 levels after i put in the ticket 3 days ago.

quest journal says nothing. no ascension chamber at all. just litany completed.(and by the way also ransacked)

2. Are you red-dooring Litany? Are you solo-ing?
3. Did Sir Rohine ever talk to you? I.E., How did you get into litany?
4. Do you have the completed sigil? https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Sigil:_Frame
5. Do you have the sigil in your inventory? Try unlocking it, worth a shot.
6. Does talking with dou- err, Sir Rohine give you an empty sigil frame?

the only way it could be bugged like this is if one of the staff saw to it. i'm convinced. someone on staff is trolling me.

Try unlocking it, worth a shot. yeah i got that. how could i not have it and be done with litany in quadruplicate(far far more than that i just donr feel like looking up 20 some odd iplicate. sacked on all the chests0 i've tried it in my inventory, in my bank, in my shasred bank, after destroying it, everything. the only possible answer is that i'm being dev-trolled.
