simple newb question concerning shuriken builds......how do you generate Ki to be able to maintain the use of 10k and other Ki related abilities when all of the feats are geared for ranged.

The twist :
1 - Enlightenment <-- also mandatory but less so than cocoon. You need +1 Ki Gen somewhere - it's here, from 8 AP in Henshin, or from running in Water Stance. This is by far the least harmful of the three options.

Ninja has it if it sneak.. an item helps regen... and another monk tree... I don't seem to have problems...

So... this is a bug? But which way, Wis KTA SHOULD stack, or Int KTA should NOT?

KTA should not, it's insightful ranged dmg+insightful melee dmg instead of being insightful dmg, has been called out by a dev in the past as "enjoy it while it lasts".

May be soonish, Alchemist gets native int to hit/dmg and doesn't need Harper except for KTA. It all depends on if Alch darters become anything close to meta, and whether the meta build is putting 8 in Harper or not, I imagine.
