Change e-mail associated with account

The e-mail associated with my account is an old one I can't access any more - a student account from when I was a university student. I have looked a few places for instructions on how to update it, but all the instructions I can find are from when the game was managed by Turbine. How does one do this in the modern day?

Have you tried accessing account via Launcher?

Open Launcher and click the Account button at the top. Then log in with normal account details and click the "Account Profile" button at the top of the page.

You were exactly right, this is what I needed. Thanks! It seems this button is a link to https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/home.php which is just what I was looking for.
