Sorry to hear Hob, I know it can be tough especially this time of year.

I have had two go this past week, one by assisted suicide, the other an accident.
2 years ago I was looking after a friend of 25 years who was late stage ALS.
It has not been a fun couple of years.

So my heart is with you and those affected.

Time to spend time with bubbly and fun friends.

My father took himself the same way back in October. This does get easier with time but odd things will spark a memory. Dont be afraid of memories but also if it gets tough move away from the thing that is triggering the memory. I remember my father how the vikings remembered theirs who have passed. Think of the good times and forget how it ended.

Stay strong and reach out to friends if you need to talk to someone.

Hob, enjoy the life for them. Remember what they forgot and keep going in your life. The hardest thing to do is reach out, something that many struggle with, but few realize. Live to love the life and remember those who helped you realize the importance of it.
