Have you got a screenshot of your weapon? We need more info, is it a named item, random loot or something you crafted yourself? Where is ghost touch coming from, skill or weapon itself etc?

There was a bug sometime ago I believe where the ghost thouch ability from I think EK was staying on weapons even when sold on the AH until it got fixed. Not sure if that is your particularly issue or not.
