Keep CC relevant post-Ravenloft. Augments are lousy anyway but in heroic gearing and other gear tetris situations, the double-augment can be handy. It is not powercreepy IMHO.

FYI for those new to this: there used to be lootgen with rare two augments like a yellow and a colorless or something like that. I think I still have a set of boots with them.
