Missing Companions

I got the two ultimate bundles(and the Underdark Bundle), the companions are on the argo server, but didn't come through to the Orien(?) server, but the tickets and other stuff came through.. just realized....I think when it disappeared, then re-appeared, I lost the current list. Or some thing? I thought I used them....
Additionally, as I notice Astral Shards also are not available to the account, for the Orien server. I bought DDO points to buy Shards to buy contracts, because I think they are cheaper that way. I had 0 when I got those yesterday, are the 140 Astral Shards from the Ravenloft Bundle supposed to propagate across servers?
Also, I don't think I received the Owlbear Defender Hireling(Shadowfell Con Collectors Bundle), at all, anywhere, not even on my main toon chunks. I don't recall seeing it. I do recall the whistle(for the sentinel), and the scarecrow, those I do have.
