On or about November 25th I looted The Labrythine Edge. After applying the first upgrade I put in a sentience gem with greater than 70k xp and applied my filigrees, I then realized that Fetters of Unreality required another upgrade. So I gathered my resources again and applied the next upgrade. I promptly stepped into a quest to test run the new weapon and found that I had lost my sentience gem and my filigrees. I put in a ticket which was responded to in a timely manner asking that I "Please be patient while we work to resolve this issue for you." On December 5th the ticket was closed without further comment. Please advise.

Wrong altar link but it could the upgrade he applied at the sharn altar and since nothing is listed on the sharn altar with an explanation that the item is replaced upon upgrade I thought it would be more helpful to the OP to read the one that does contain that reference Originally Posted by Hobgoblin
