Fire spell crit chance 100+?

How are people getting their fire (or other) spell crit chance to 100+?

I have
Legendary Pendant of the Azure Sky 31% Fire lore +2% Exceptional Fire Lore
Magical Training 5%
(No Mental Toughness/Greater Mental Toughness/Epic Mental Toughness, so I'm missing 3%)
Energy Criticals 9%
Elemental Apotheosis 2%
Spell Critical Fire I-IV 8%
Tiefling Incineration x2: 4%
Flamecleansed Fury 10% Artifact fire spell critical chance


My total spell crit chance for Fire is 76%
What am I missing that I'm getting right now to make me have a 76% chance that I didn't include in my list?

What additional feats/items/enhancements/other should I be gunning for to increase my spell crit chance so that I can hit 100 spell crit chance at cap most of the time?

I'm currently wearing the Flamecleansed Fury set from Sharn, but I'm not married to it if there's something significantly better.
