Pure healer FvS build request

I am thinking about going Pure healer FvS. I am interested it being usable in reaper 8-10. I want to keep it 20FvS and race of aasimer.

Mainly looking for enhancement, destiny, and feats. I would be using pure healer for raids/high reapers....and an offbuild of a DC caster for anything below reaper 5.

I have a +8 tome and 30ish pastlives (thou most are ranged related). But would like to know what people have so I can have something to shoot for. I didnt see any healing builds on the first few pages (or missed it).

Still could use a good build for pure healing and some casting on the side. Done with my past lives and about to level up. I have a decent idea with what to go with but would love some raiding/reaper FvS opinions on what they do.
