Modify Augment Summoning Effect on items!

Since we got the improved augment summoning effect and sometimes builds leaves room for augment summoning but not improved augment summoning I request that you modify augment summoning items to grant Improved augment summoning instead of Augment summoning to those that already have the feat!

In short, reword the effect as:

Augment Summoning: If you do not already have the augment summoning feat, this item grants it to you, if you do have the augment summoning feat already and are at least level 24, this item instead grants improved augment summoning!

I remember in baldurs gate - i think it was - if you had evasion you got improved evasion if you got it again.

This is sort of the same. Not sure where i stand though.

Counteroffer: Make Augmented Summons an actual scaling item effect that can be found on randgen loot (and even crafted) with power appropriate to the level the devs think is appropriate.
Make it stack with the feat.
