    The DDO game worlds will be brought down for a restart at 2:30pm Eastern (-5 GMT) on Wednesday, December 4th.

    I wasted a pot and rest shrine not knowing the game would be going down while in a quest. At this point though its good someone is finally acknowledging the game needed servicing. Your in game support is awful. You report a problem and the help ticket responds by sending you a link to another site. Cant they just forward the help ticket like an email rather than making people have to re log into another site to send the ticket?

    EDIT: Sorry for the frustration. I got the first broadcast right as I started "An Invitation to Dinner". Certainly had enough time to finish it. DC'd right at the last Strahd fight...

    How long is it expected to be down? GMT here, wondering if will be down rest of the day or just a 5 minute off/on. Lack of detail doesn't help.

    Seeing how problematic the servers become after running for a few days straight I have to wonder if it wouldn't be best to just have daily reboots like EVE Online.
