VIP Character Undelete Assistance Please

Hola, I quit DDO 2018-2019 cause I was real busy with military stuff, deleted my character and thought I was done for good. Now that i'm out ,I miss the game and just want to play again. I bought VIP and submitted a ticket to get assistance with the character undelete but no response at all in 3 days , not even a notification to let me know if it's being looked at. May I please have an answer, GM's? I honestly just want my character back and to run quests with friends. Customer Service used to be super fast back then, heck is going on now

Customer service is slower these days. Forget about any sort of reply from them over a weekend or during a holiday.

It might take a week or so to get any kind of feedback regarding your ticket.

Be patient.

I'm pretty sure it can't be done! You ARE warned when you do it that such an action will be permanent...
I'm curious as to why you felt the need to delete the character? It would have happily waited for you had you not - like, there's no gain on your part for doing so.
My sympathies for your loss... I guess this thread should be a warning to anyone else!

haha I didn't want to get sucked back in and spending cash , feeding the addiction so I deleted it just to make sure but here I am.

Also it was just posted in November that Char Undelete is possible but not guaranteed so I had a lil hope, check out this link. https://help.standingstonegames.com/...acter-Undelete

Prior to the move to SSG, there was an undelete character option for a price. Whether that was eliminated or not after the move to SSG, I have not paid attention as it was not something that I was interested.

No offense, but this is completely wrong. I deleted all of my toons in 2013, and SSG restored them in 2018. Like, around six toons. To OP, it takes a bit, but they can/will do it. Just give them time.

Thanks, gives me hope. But can you atleast answer me how long did it take them to respond to your ticket and restore the characters? I'm just in the dark right now . just a time frame is what I wanna know

I don't remember exact times, but I believe it was a little over a week. I just played a new toon and enjoyed myself until they got to it. Good luck!
