Maybe your Windows Firewall or antivirus is blocking something? Restart router?

Its weird. I can log on fine with my MacBook pro but not my PC. I keep getting a timed out error.

Having problems, too.
The lag is unusually bad tonight. I logged in to for a bit, ran two quests and logged out for a while. because the lag was bad, and now I cannot get back in--keep getting stuck on the load screens. I was also having this problem last night, too.

The increasing lag has made the game at times truly unplayable. This weekend was a disaster. I ended up watching the game waiting for it to de-lag more than actually playing the game. I am glad I didn't spend any money on the Black Friday sales.
