Currently in quest 80 minutes with bug. Could have rerun at this time but thats not the point. A DM needs to respond. There should be a response within minutes that gives you an estimated time or puts you in a que that can be tracked. No responses are a joke. See how you like it if someone does that to you in the ral world, probably would not like it. Have some courtesy and respond to in game requests. This is the worst I have ever seen and I have been playing since level cap was 10.

they're closed on weekends

obviously there should be an auto-response detailing this, just letting you know there's absolutely no point in using the system on weekends

Them not being able to help with a majority of issues due to not being logged on makes for very poor support if you are an international player. By the time a ticket gets answered you're in bed asleep, or you've been on all night waiting. I have to say it's the worst in-game support I've ever experienced.
