Store bought item not delivered

I purchased 2 Wish of Inheritance today (11/28/2019 around 11:30pm EST) by character Sharepoint and it never reached his inventory. I logged out then back in, checked my mail and bank - no luck. Every time I log in with that character I see a message at the top saying DDO store item failed delivery. Item will appear in your inventory the next time you log back in. Well that was nearly a week ago. Every day I have logged out/back in on that character and it is still not in his inventory.

Is your Inventory full? Usually the Wish of Inheritance goes into a green bag (I think) if the bag is set to autocollect. But the error message is odd. What did you buy nearly a week ago?
