in game help not working

i and many others can not use the help option ingame,i hve just done a iconic tr back to lvl 1,none of my buffs have come with me i had 435 hrs of 50 pots slayer pots loot boosts etc all gone.so i took more hoping help would be available ,bought a big epic box ,ate stone and only lvl 26 all pots buffs i took again gone.....help help help

I need to log a bug too. ToEE level 1, I'm stuck down in the air temple and the light gravity isn't working. I already recalled, ran back down to get keys again (they all dropped at recall) and I'm still stuck. Now my hirelings have timed out and I can't get any in-game help because when I hit ESC -> Help there's nothing in the window to report a bug/problem.
