Does Haste not show up in this new window?

When I cast haste or drink a potion I do not see attack speed numbers changing.

From the Wiki…
15% enhancement bonus to attack speed

I see the movement change by 32 but not Bow attack speed, thrown attack speed nor any of the melee attack speed numbers changing.

What am I missing?

Right now they all list 0% and still 0% after Haste.
