Serrated Arrowhead - where does it drop

As the title suggests, where does Serrated Arrowhead drop? Have ransacked Watch Your Step twice (and with multiple party members who have also ransacked multiple times) and not seen it drop - every other item has dropped.

Wiki says it's an end reward?

Probably a typo, should(?) be end chest? All(?) other named items are end chests in that pack, neh?

Made the change to "End Chest."

OP, yes, it drops in Watch Your Step. I've had it drop a few times farming for the boots that also drop there.

Thanks for the responses guys and confirmation. I've had the boots drop (twice) but not seen the Arrowhead. The grind is real.

good thing about this quest is that you dont have to finish it to get the end chest, just kill boss, recall, reset
