Failing scrolls at above 100% success rate

I have a 105% rate and my light armor is reduced to 0% fail from 10%, yet i am still failing scrolls from public area. Any clue why?

Yes, i am an artificer. Thanks, that solves it. At least it isnt taking points away though, just miscalculating my chance.

Well, it is - the tooltip shows what you ~should~ have by the book, but in fact the Arti Knowledge bonuses aren't being added in.

It's a known bug, and apparently a tough one to solve. :/

Also the inadequate game engine can fail to output the effect of the scroll, even if all the relevant skill/asf/caster level checks pass.

OP, what does the combat log put out when you activate, and when it fails?
