fire sorc low epic hotbar and other

Got a tiefling sorc to 20 (well 21).
I now have a bit too many fiery spells / SLAs. What should I be putting on my hotbar? What are the usual rotations?

Quickened Meteor Swarm
DBF
Energy Burst
Draconic Breath
Fireball SLA
Scorch SLA
---
Mass Hold
Thunderstroke
Chain Lightning
Greater Shout (CC)
PW:Stun
Web

Also, what sounds like a better weapon:
* Sentient something with 4 piece caster set (basically +2-3 DC)
* ML15 sharn quarterstaff with Arcane Augmentation (+2 CL)

so typically ya it would be quickened swarm and dbf, and mix in draconic abilities, burst and breath as needed. the slas from fire savant are typically dropped once you reach 20. the dmg doesnt keep up. so for actual spells swarm and dbf, then usually the new 9th lvl electric spell thunderstroke. and thats mostly just if they weak against electric. since(if) your a pure sorc, fire immune mobs are no longer a problem.as for weapon i prefer using wild flame. lvl 14 sickle with combust,insight combust and fire lore. i typically just use that til i can use epic version at lvl 29. then whatever offhand you want. i use giants platter. also for cc mass hold is good IF you can keep your dc up with it. if not burst of glacial wrath is a good alternative. the dmg will be **** since its cold, but its dc is based of evocation bonuses so should be fairly high.

Is quicken fixed for Meteor Swarm now?

ya pretty much gotta use quicken with swarm. its natural cast speed is too slow for regular use.but its easy to get the cost reduced. i dont remember exact numbers, in middle of tr atm, but i think my swarm at lvl 20 was only a couple sp more then base. you really dont notice the cost increase. but you do notice the speed increase.i know before i tr'ed i was running around with quicken and maximize always on and didnt run out of sp

Probably not, but the bug is/was only for the right-click menu. Toggling Quicken globally hasn't ever caused the spell to launch fewer meteors.

Unsure if you're aware that you can re-assign keys so that you can run two or more hot bars.
(I usually theme clumps of keys rather than hot bars)
Head into key-mapping and go wild re-assigning your bars
