Camera angle randomly moves

Fairly often when I click on a hotbar, my camera angle radically shifts. Sometimes it gets turned 180 degress, sometimes I end up looking up my toon's skirt... but it is a royal pain if it happens in battle.

Any ideas where it comes from or how to fix it?

I get this, too, usually when clicking for mouse look mode when running for steering. Have done across multiple mouse setups for years. Has killed me a handful of times.

Used to think it was down to wood grain of the tabletop, or **** in the sensor, or x y and z etc. but the common factor is always DDO. Take care running on ledges.
