    these are my ticket numbers from ssg web support I cant get a dam answer from these guys they ask for info I give it respond 15 days later and ask for same info I give them the info they need and still no response these tickets are 15 days old already lets get this handled please I am paying fr a game that I have not been able to play for 15 days ..

    By submitting all those tickets you are dramatically slowing down our ability to help you. After trying to follow the timeline on all of your tickets, it looks like CS was able to figure things out and consolidate most of them into 102318, which is the one you should reply to if necessary.

    I'm having this same issue. I even posted under the account recovery portion of the forums and yet they still ignore me.

    That's some serious victim blaming. If CS didn't repeatedly ignore people and do things like the OP mentioned on a regular basis, people wouldn't feel the need to repeatedly open new tickets on the same issue.

    pretty standard fair, one ticket for an issue gets resolved faster than 20 tickets for the same issue. that aint victim shaming, thats common sense. At least they had the common courtesy of informing the "victim" that the victim was only making it worse by submitting more tickets instead of just letting them continue to create more problems for themselves like i would have done.

    unless there are multiple people of whom a different one might respond to any given request, and there is a significant range of competence (or just plain caring about CS) among those multiple people. this shopping behavior is also pretty standard because it's the only rational response to that scenario.

    What do you expect when there is no response. I currently have a ticket in over 80 minutes and not a peep. Someone needs to get off their ass or stop watching porn while at work.
