Improve the LFM by Teleporting

Would love to be able to join an LFM and have a pop-up "Teleport to Quest?" YES

With so many quests, only a handful I know how to get there by heart

If one joins a group and then have the option to teleport to the Quest or Quest giver, that would be awesome!

I agree though...it should be baked into LFM, not something you need to pay for each time. I cant imagine that many people pay for it, so it seems like it would do more good by helping to facilitate easier party play (and thus retaining players) than as a tiny trickle of revenue.

The limitations on that, though, suggest what the limitations would need to be: can only use in public areas, so no teleporting to quests in progress or other instanced zones (it'd have to send you to the entrance to the quest). And no teleporting between Realms - that's a licensing stipulation from WotC - so you'd have to manually move between Eberron, FR, and RL before you could teleport to your party.

I also expect this would create a lot of requests for "taxi service" for TRs: having someone share their fast travel unlocks with you in places like Stormhorns, but I dont think that's enough of a reason to say no to the idea.

As one piece of anecdotal evidence. No one in my family has ever purchased a bracelet of friends though I think I have one from a very old coupon code or freebie that just sits in storage beside that free Kundarak Orange hair dye I have yet to use.

I have a pair of static friends that game-hop and spend points like they're infinite and I don't recall them ever using a bracelet while I was grouped with them although they used to use Guildship beacons pretty frequently before the RL Bottle of Mist. In fact the last time I remember being in a party that used a Bracelet was when farming the Bog Water Tavern for Purple Coins was still a thing.

So yeah, I agree, had this been added to the LFM as a UI convenience rather than a store item it might have had more of a net-positive effect. On the other hand, running around the city zones does add to the immersion of being in this environment. Its too bad that some of the load screens, specifically those taking us to far off places such as Menechturaun or Giant Hold couldn't have been short animations of travel like Indiana Jones' maps.

It's a feature that has never worked, when tryin to join a lfm, check the popup description, iirc it's in the public lfm it says something like "teleport to quest will be available for 5 mins"

Or maybe it's the pop up you see as party leader when someone steps in a quest/wilderness as public? Pretty sure i've seen it for years, nevwr worked tho
