Account Recovery

I lost my account login email and password. I made the account in '06 and have played off and on since. It has been a couple of years since my last login, but i was trying to get back into the game. I have submitted tickets on the website, in game, and i have even messaged developers via the forums (to which i got no response). No one is helping me get my account info back.

I do not have access, nor do i remember, which email the account is registered through. I can remember character names/server/and username. Non of this has helped me thus far.

I would like to get access back to my account and start playing again (as a VIP).

Typically re-establishing old credentials can take a while, so you may need to give CS additional time. If you PM me your ticket number I can see how long it has been.

I too played in 06 and would love to have that account back but cant find the emails that I had saved with the account information "thanks a lot gmail." BUT I do still have the credit card I paid with and Also turbine did recruit me for LOTRO beta that I did do right up until release. IF there is anyway to recover the account I would love to hear it. I do have an email from 2014 from turbine to that email account giving me a free item. with the acount name but no password or account number..it does have an order number that I can give...

I have been off the game for a few years now. Last i remember playing was back in 2017 with my boyfriend and his best friend. we all stopped playing at the same time. My boyfriend just started up again, and he has everything back. I go to log in to get my stuff back, and i'm not even seeing my character. He said it may be archived from being inactive for so long, because that happened to him a few years ago. Any ideas on how i can get my character back? i really don't want to start a new character. i just put in a ticket to possibly see if CS can help, but i don't know if i clicked the right things for category and what not.

I put in a ticket, heard nothing back yet even acknowledging I put in a ticket. Had some good stuff too and its all gone....
