    Default Standing stone/zendesk support doesn't work? can't login, won't connect!

    I'm trying to find out subscription info that's not clear anywhere. The Standing stone/zendesk support puts you thru all these hoops, then says 'we won't do you'r ticket until you verify it on email, then following the email , it won't let me login, "Standing stone/zendesk refuses to connect!"

    If that's the level of support I can expect, maybe I won't subscribe after all. But here's the question:

    After 10 years of 'ala carte', paygo play here, I've decided to get a sub. But what happens if I let it lapse? Will I only lose access to the VIP adventures? Will I lose 'free to vips' class/race PCs that had been created during the sub time? Will I lose any of my current holdings: classes, races, adv packs? will my current (pre-sub) PCs, having found things in free-to-vip packs lose items?

    You will lose access to any payed features that you did not already own before becoming VIP, everything you already purchased will still be there. Any character that are a race/calss you don't own will still be there but inaccessible until you purchase the needed race/class. Items are yours to keep.
