My Dungeon Status tab/Quest Objective tracker disappeared. Pressing "J" does nothing. (Yes, that's the hotkey, doublechecked.) Whenever I click "Track" on one of my quests, the tab/window briefly appears and then goes away again. I haven't changed anything on my PC or operating system.
It affects every single character.
Any ideas what might be wrong and how I could fix this?

Check that your key binding for it hasn't been changed.
