Is mastermaker reconstruct based on arti level? or is it a direct copy of BF and based on character level? This could affect my class split for a build and just curious if anyone knows.

Artificer Reconstruct SLA uses your Artificer caster level.
Human Reconstruct dragonmark SLA uses your character level.
