    Default Batgirl Build

Hello folks. If this build has been posted elsewhere by someone else I am unaware of it and apologize. If not, this is the build I've been play testing and tweaking for the last 6 lives or so. I call this the Batgirl Build as tribute to the old Batman Builds from year one DDO. That build fell out of favour due to low dps and nerfs (WoP nerf etc). This build is ranged obviously and dependent on Dodge, High Saves and Distance. Her HPs are high enough though to survive a bad hit.. thus the Batgirl name

This is an Inquisitive build with exceptional saves, ranged dps, evasion and high versatility. At lvl 20 she is 10 Rogue, 6 Fighter and 4 Paladin. At lvl 30 Ranged Damage exceeds 240. Saves are in around 100 Fort and Will and 120 for reflex. Trapping, OL, Search and Spot are approx. 100+ and Hide Sneak is maxed as well.

    Starting Stats

    Str 8 +4 Racial +2 Guild =14
    Con 16 +4 Racial +2 Guild =22
    Dex 16 +4 Racial +2 Guild =22
    Int 16 +4 Racial +2 Guild =22
    Wis 10 +4 Racial +2 Guild =16
    Chr 14 +5 Racial +2 Guild =21

    Feat and Class Progression:

Racial and Iconic Feats: 9% Multi-shot, +3 to Weapon, +3 Saves Brace, +3 to Skills and Tiefling movement 30
    Racial Completionist and Completionist

Lvl 1 Rogue Point Blank Shot
    Lvl 2 Ftr Rapid Shot
Lvl 3 Ftr Rapid Reload and Completionist
    Lvl 4 Pal
Lvl 5 Pal (Chr to saves)
    Lvl 6 Rogue Precise Shot
    Lvl 7 Rogue
    Lvl 8 Ftr
Lvl 9 Ftr Dodge and Imp Crit Rgd
    Lvl 10 Pal
    Lvl 11 Ftr
Lvl 12 Ftr Improved Precise Shot and Mobility
Lvl 13 to 19 Rogue Shot on the Run, Improved Evasion and Toughness
Lvl 20 Pal for +3 more Chr to saves... can sub Rogue for extra 1d6 sneak dmg

All points in progression added to Search, Spot and Disable first. Then OL, Diplo, Jump (max to 30), Hide, Move Silent, Tumble, UMD (max to 50). If you have anything left toss it in Balance or whatever.

Diplo is key so lower aggro.. you will pull a LOT of aggro.

Please note.. I'm not sure how to link my screen shots.. so i'll give a brief synopsis on enhancement points and destinies etc.

Here is how I spent my enhancement points. 41 points in Inquisitive. Grabbing Multishot 5%, max on weapon dmg, and go full on Law. Grabbing Diplomatic Immunity stance and grabbing 50% in scroll effects. Ftr is Kensai for the +3 to Many shot and a bonus to weapon dmg etc. Mechanic is 27 pts grabbing all weapon dmg and 3 points into Retrieve arrows for the 10pts rgd dmg and the lvl 6 tier of Int to Dmg. Since I went half-elf for the +10 to diplo checks I spent my 13 points in the barbarian set for the extra dmg reduction and HPs.

Epic Destinies Shiradi.. +5 to Dex.. Rainbow, Para, Arrow storm, Tea and the Lovely Deadly shot (use this then hit with the Inquisitive Shot effect from ask Questions first and I've have crits of 20k dmg.. more if a double shot goes off). I grab the twists of Blessed Blades, Extra action boost, A Dance with Flowers (+1 to weapon dmg) and Gird against demons.

At lvl 20 I have 49% Doubleshot and 121 Rgd power

Going to post now see if what I wrote makes sense

After Lvl 20 Feat Progression is this

Lvl 21 Combat Archery, with A Dance with Flowers you now have +2W
    Lvl 24 Overwhelming Crit
Lvl 26 Pierce Byeshk (I have Gird for perma Cold Iron, and Silver and Adam Items)
    Lvl 27 Perma-Haste
Lvl 28 Double Shot (not including gear upgrades my double shot is around 60%)
    Lvl 29 Embodiment of Law
Lvl 30 Scion of Arborea and Epic Toughness or Epic Reflex

Epic Progression and Arborea give +50 Rgd Power = 171 and I add in Gear (sentient, item sets etc) I now have 240+ rgd power.

Saves exceed with lvl increases and gear

The gear I use is typical. Set bonuses from Ravenloft, and Sharn. and I have several maxed out sentient weapons.

I will happily add screen shots once I learn how.

    At lvl 20:

    Hps 859
    Spell Points 382

Str 27, dex 50, Con 50, Int 47, Wis 28, Chr 39. I can do better by tweaking gear but not concerned at lvl 20 too much.

    BaB 17, Fort 125%, Saves F64 R62 W48 (Will is 57 on Reaper).

Rgd Power 126 and I think 138 on reaper.

    14 Multi-shots per rest

Dodge is Good.. maxed on Reaper..

    Gear is typical..

So folks minus the fact that I don't know how to add screen shots... this is my Batgirl Build. If someone knows how to add screen shots let me know, I'll happily post Xoetepia's set up etc . This build has proven to be a great survivor, and very dominant on kill counts. Beating other inquisitive builds on kills by significant amounts.

Note.. the reason why I don't use Ranger is the loss of 1 feat which fighter has and Improved Evasion from rogue. The paladin is essential for the high saving throws.. +14 with 4 lvls of palading.

I did try crosses with Bard which was very weak and with Spectre form which was hella fun especially with the Neg Lvling on Crits. Still the Rogue-Ftr-Pally cross has been the best IMHO.

    Hope I make sense

In the Kensei tree, I cannot take the second tier Weapon Group Specialization without the feat Weapon Focus: Ranged

Weapon Group Specialization: You gain +1 to hit and +2 damage with one handed weapons, bows and repeating crossbows. You gain +1 to hit and +3 damage with two handed weapons and non-repeating crossbows. These bonuses only apply to weapons in your focus group.
AP Cost: 2 Ranks: 1 Progression: 5 Requires: Weapon Group Specialization (Tier 1), Weapon Focus with at least one weapon type of your Focus group.emphasis added.
The third tier requires Improved Weapon Focus and the fourth Tier requires Greater Weapon Focus

I did not see these feats in your feat list.

Also, I'm a first life with 32 build points (lowered Constitution to make it work and took Drow for max points) will it still work in a two person group with a dedicated fighter and NPC helpers?

Alice laughed: There's no use trying, one can't believe impossible things.
I daresay you haven't had much practice, said the Queen. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.

Well, not a lot of builds start by casually listing both racial completionist and completionist as included in the math. For my part, kinda lost my interest right there, but I'm sure some (few) are interested.

Correct, so you can either skip those Enhancements or swap out some feats, like Completionist and Toughness for WF/WS:Ranged.

You can't take Completionist feat and you need to hit DEX 19 at level 12 for Improved Precise Shot and DEX 21 for Combat Archery through some combo of base stat + DEX tome + level-ups. Otherwise it should work fine as a first-life drow: partly because of the racial bonuses to DEX and INT (the two key stats on this build); but mostly due to the OPness of Inquisitives in general.

Did you mean extra action boosts for more no holds barred charges? Also it looks like you do not take any Pally enhancements? What is the thinking on the 4 Pally levels if that is the case?
