A friend of mine wants to try the game out and is trying to sign up for a new account, but is unable to. The signup page looks all kinds of broken in every browser.

Just came to post the same thing. Was trying to make an account for my wife and one of our kids and I get errors. Tried Chrome, Edge, and IE.
Side note, why the requirement for unique emails for new accounts? It would be a lot easier if I could manage all of the family's accounts from my email.Sabbathiel/Sabathal/Sabath-1

Broken here too, exact same issue. Saw this on Steam and thought I may as well try it since I used to like LotRO, downloaded it for like a whole day, and then I go to sign up and the page is dead and for some reason I'm not allowed to play with my current turbine account (only log into forums?). Just my luck haha.

Seriously, how is this not fixed? I have a friend who wants to subscribe, as in GIVE YOU MONEY, and he cannot. ***. You realize how inept this makes you look, that you cannot even keep your subscription page up?
