But how do we fix this? I have some suggestions:
- Remove -to hit from power attacks
- While using the two handed fighting combat style your doublestrike instead becomes double damage, doubling the damage of your hit. Change doublestrike into double damage with two handed weapons so that it amplifies big swings and works with glancing blows (glancing blows can't doublestrike)
- Double Damage applies to cleaves
Bam, now instead of screen covering damage numbers coming up from a zillion attacks, instead it's just a few big as heck attacks. And it all scales! Whooo!
