Default Network issue starting from 7th October from Central/West EU

Hi, dunno if anyone could help me on this but others playing from EU might experience same issue.

I'm having an issue playing DDO recently (even had to cut my last #ddostream). My connection (or more technically my route) to ddo servers isn't stable at all. Every 3-5 minutes I have a broken connection for about 30 seconds. I've found that pinging ddo servers gave me a very variable TTL parameter (means the route to ddo hosts changes over time very much) and a complete timeout in those 30 second windows.

I've called my ISP who after a daily investigation called me back and said sad thing they cannot help in this case because it's a faulty transit configuration between somewhere in France and New Jersey (he even gave me company names but forgot to write em down, something about BGP protocol).

So if anyone else from Central/West Europe experiences connection hiccups - this might be the case.

The only one way to overcome that is trying to connect through gateway/vpn that uses different transit to Boston - but I don't have such services bought

Same for me. Since ~ October 08, 2019 I almost can't come over the splash screen. Then loading a character takes infinitely long time. And my bonuses from being a VIP are ticking away ...
Is there a way to get the DDO people on work?
