I appreciate your attempt at empathy and your defense of the game. I also appreciate the respect with which you replied. Therefore, I will continue this dialogue because those things are rare.
That said, I agree with your first point, which doesn't dispute my point with programming. They go hand in hand and still do not solve the issue.
Cosmetics, I find interesting that you are able to see the front of your character. Perhaps I am doing something wrong! But when I rotate the camera using right mouse button it goes everywhere but the front. Additionally, the camera rotation you have pointed out to me did the same when I had it (I will have to test again and remap those keys). If there's a way to do it that I have missed I would be grateful to know. Otherwise - perhaps it's just my setup or something...I will look into it and get back to you. Keep in mind, I don't have to constantly look at my character. But in WoW, every piece of armor, even looking at the AH, brings up a window with the front view of your character and how they would look wearing it. It was less of a complaint and more a suggestion since it seems a worthy feature to upgrade and implement for people.
I do disagree about the graphics. Even comparing WoW artistry to DDO artistry there is a difference. My machine is on the best settings but there isn't that much detail. I mean, final fantasy XIV is better looking, WoW is better looking, practically every MMORPG I have ever played is better looking. This game lags and is buggy with so many things I didn't even list where others are not. So, I just don't think you brushing it off will convince me.
Some examples which is more vibrant and detailed?

How about is this more realistic than DDO?

If you remember Asheron's Call from like a million years ago, that's like DDO graphics:

Which moves me to the next point about them managing two games. I don't see the point of bringing that up. If they are taking on more projects, more responsibility, and generating more income - then they should hire project teams appropriately. This isn't like Panera Bread short on employees.
Favor rewards, I will concede, is not that big of a deal on its own. But I do think it's representative of many things which DDO throws in to waste time. Inventory, for instance, big time waster. But I think it's weird that you think it has the purpose to encourage people to choose the best inventory items. They already do that with dissolving and crafting. It has nothing to do with efficiency. And besides, if I wanted a ton of inventory to look through, I would naturally organize and delete some! I don't need the program telling me I have to. And regardless, I was talking about ease of use. Why, for instance, can't I "select all"? All it encourages is less fun playing the game and more meaningless chore. And sure, grinding on any game can feel that way. But it's not like they do that in place of grinding - they do it in ADDITION to grinding. These suggestions are simple ease of use modifications. I can't quite understand why someone would defend SSG here. You like clunky time wasting? That's your alternative point of view?
Anyway, I hope this finds you well. I'm glad to have a respectful debate about it. And I can only hope it falls upon the right eyes.
