We just purchased some items listed on sale and did not receive the sale price (gnome, falconry, +1 reincarnate hearts, bank slots). Others noticed this? The double points worked, discounts didn't.

Guess it's good we're not alone.
I too have been shafted - purchased an additional character slot, what with them being 50% off due to Summer Sales, and have discovered that instead of the sale price of 312 points, I was also charged full price, 625 points.
I searched throughout the websites, even logged into my account, but could not discover any way to contact anyone in customer support to clear this up.
Where did you see the announcement for this sale?
in the ddo store, even prices of the items are crossed out and are showing promotional prices
Gland!

Who's the more foolish, the fool or the one who sends it a res.
Unrestricted free agent
Khyber
Characters - Terrah, Elayne, Shiado, Ranok, Rattchet
The sales often don't get triggered until late Thurs/early Friday.
But you can see the price listed, and if a discount is being applied. It's completely baffling why/how you would buy something listed at full price, and then be surprised that it wasn't less than listed.![]()
+ same here
They worked for me, I bought Gnome on my premium account and the proper amount was deducted.
Then I bought Falconry on my VIP account.
Again the proper amounts were deducted.
Here is the time on my second purchase.
Date 02.07.2020 14:47 (GMT -05:00)
2 purchases correct amounts deducted.
After a little Tolkien I am usually up for anything.
My bad, first post of the morning, misread.
In the past, CS has always been pretty good at returning points in this case, if you ask nicely. I know they have for me when I bought something early, after a sale had been announced but before the % discount had been applied.
Don't know if that's still the case. :/
To be honest i'm a bit suprised there's still no official reply, i was sure Cordo will notice this thread while posting official sales thread.
Same thing happened to me as well yesterday (at 02.07.2020 12:50 (GMT -05:00)). I've purchhased the falconry tree and two character slots, but was charged full price. I submitted a ticket but no response so far. Hope they can work it out.
update: Customer support has been very helpful and refunded the points, thanks to them for their help. So if you're in the same situation just follow the support link in the footer and submit a ticket.

I submitted a help request (not in game, couldn't find anything there for store purchases - I seem to recall using submitting tickets in game for the store before, but I could be wrong), and in the past they have always been helpful. Like you, I'm sure it will be taken care of.
OK reading this, something that happened yesterday now has me concerned.
I have a charge on my Credit Card from yesterday. It's a DRI*DDO purchase for just under $50 Canadian but I don't have an email from Xsolla as a receipt, nor is there any purchase history in my store records online and most importantly I don't recall spending any actual money yesterday. It's not my sub either that ends at the end of August.
I paid some DDO points for a couple of rogue hires and cashed in the coupon for the wand of slow though. I just sent a DM to Cordovan asking where I go with it but now I am worried there might be some sort of store glitch that has caused this. I might delete my Credit Card from the site just to be safe but I am worried that they cannot refund me the money if I do.
Anyone know what the contact info is for their billing department?
**edit** doing the reverse math on the exchange it looks like it's the $34.99 points bundle at least the price is right on it. I do recall opening the store once to by a hire and it opened and closed right away but then I went back in and it was fine. That has happened before though with the store and never an issue.

“Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing. He is not a good man who, without a protest, allows wrong to be committed in his name, and with the means which he helps to supply, because he will not trouble himself to use his mind on the subject.”
