My understanding is the issue is that Soul Survivor's loot list is pointing to the Finding Dorris loot list rather than its own named item list. What is missing from the Finding Dorris list?

My guess is the issue is a cached page so Arkat is seeing the frist version of the Release Notes - and hence "not seeing the changes in the Release Notes".
That is just a guess though
