DDO Store issue

I get this message when I try to open the DDO store:

Something is going wrong
Loading chunk 12 failed.
(error: https://cdn3.xsolla.com/paystation3/...f65e8124bb8.js)

I use windows security, I have allowed the dndbrowserhelper thru the firewall and still it gives me this message.

Funny thing is I have no trouble with the Lotro store, which uses the same rules as the ddo store.

Has anyone run into this issue before ?
