Competence Bonus from Slave Lords Crafting stack with Insight and Quality bonuses?

I have a pure Ranger that uses Acid Arrows from Arcane Archer. I was lucky enough to loot the 3 items necessary for Legendary Wallwatch along with the Legendary Stone Shoes.

Now I need a Strength item, so I was going to craft a Slaver's Bracer with STR, Acid Spell Power, UMD and Quality CHA...

Before I waste the materials, will the Spell Power from slaver's crafting stack with the Insightful Corrosion +107 and Quality Corrosion +53 on the Legendary Stone Shoes?

Well, I rolled the dice (no pun intended) and crafted the STR and Acid Spell Power portion of the Bracers... it does indeed stack!
