Cooltime for clicky, scroll

We now have 6 sec universal shared cooltime for every clicky and scrolls.
Is there any reason to keep this?

Remove this cooltime. Actual spell doesn't have any of this.

Rotate scroll > wand > clicky > scroll > wand > clicky to optimize. That's all I have.

Might be a performance issue. Just have one universal CD you can stick every clicky on, rather than having individual CDs to track for every unique scroll, clicky, wand, etc. in the game

OMG, that'd be such a huge QoL fix, 6 second cooldown is goddamn terrible, especially coupled with 1 second swap delay.

Clickies, scrolls and wands should not be more than 3 seconds, tops!
