The only way we can find out for sure is a Grotto run. If Cellimas, Jeets and Talbron start ignoring you and stare at the wall, it was a restart. If they are back to normal, they fixed the pathing.
Perhaps they tried to fix the pathing but Cellimas, Jeets and Talbron are still ignoring you and staring at walls.

Anyway, game on.

idk, when they tried last week it was only server side so might have done something like that again ...

I wonder how many people got killed when the server just went down without notice?...As cool as the Hardcore server has been, It's still the same old DDO. The game has too many issues and bugs to have a permadeath server and for people not to get cheated by lag death and disconnections.

I am in the quest Red Rain and the mob who is supposed to attack after going to the second crime scene is just standing there and won't react to anything I do. Not sure if this nerfs the quest advancement or not.

Lol, nevermind, there is a dialogue I have to do. Sorry, first time on this quest.
