Default EK wiz build for heroic PL purpose only

Could use help with some tips. I was thinking about going monk splash and using wraps(12 wizard/6 monk/2 something?). Anyone got some guide or anything about ench, feats and leveling order would help me alot.

Will go 1-20 only for PL, i play in group when possible and keep LFM constantly up while doing it. Mostly running R2 when solo, higher in group. Also i could use help deciding what race i want to go(got all unlocked). And no it will be my 30ish life, time has come for me to get caster lifes(im awful at playing pure casters). Thank you for help in advance!

Looking for WF past life so as a change from casting (my preferred) I'm looking at a 18/2 Wiz/Rogue. Attack speed of TA with quarterstaffs and the extra elemental damage of EK may be interesting, and the fairly strong self healing combination of WF+Arcane.

Still not committed yet but should be too much of an issue to just swap out to pure caster if I don;t get on with it
