I Lost A Friend...
A year ago, today, in a country far from mine, a friend took his life.
There is no glory, there is no honor, there is no redemption in an act like this.
There is only destruction of one's self, family and friends.
The will to exist is a universal human trait, if you have lost this, ask for help.
Speak out.
And if no one hears you...
SHOUT out.
And if no one hears you...
SHOUT until someone does.
And when a hand is offered in the darkness...
Take it.
This week is Suicide Prevention Week in the United States and September 10th has been established by the World Health Organization as Suicide Prevention Day.

Depression, which might be the cause for a suicide, can be healed. I am an living example for this.
