About a month ago I applied a Windows Update. Since then I have been unable to adjust in-game Brightness and other graphic settings. They are stuck at 1.00.
I have been trying different things including updating drivers but nothing seemed to has worked. I usually play in Windowed mode so I decided to try different options today. It seems that only in Full Screen mode I can adjust graphic settings. In Windowed or Full Screen (Windowed) they are stuck.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
Is this something that is an issue with DDO or due to the Windows update?
I cannot find anything on the Windows forms about this so I am hoping that the community or someone as SSG has some input.

Win10? if yes, have a look in Settings>Permissions for anything relevant. Just guessing... when guildies have sound trouble it's normally permissions causing it.
