Really, QoL changes are some of the stuff you'll get NOTHING but positive remarks on the forums.

(well, that and a few people complaining that we need MORE QoL changes! :P )

When sorting by epic level what happens to the heroic quests? For example, in the picture the quests were listed from highest to lower (i.e. 26, then 25, then 24, etc.). When you get down to non-epic level quests how is the epic quest list sorted? I imagine in the epic column they would just have a -- entry because heroic only quests don't have an epic level, but are they still sorted in descending order?


The reason I ask is because, when playing heroic levels, the main thing I do is play every single heroic-only quest while skipping all the quests with an epic option. The new epic sorting feature should make all the quests with an epic option appear at the top (or bottom depending on how you sort) of the list, which would result in the remaining quests being heroic only. If those quests continue to be sorted in descending order in spite of not having an epic level that would be the most useful part of the whole update. To finally be able to see all the level 1 to 20 heroic-only quests listed in order of level without any of the epic quests cluttering up the list.

no no no NO!
It should be default heroic when I'm on heroic levels (1-19) and default epic when I'm on epic levels (20-30) while 2nd order by heroic (3rd order by quest name as always [2nd on heroic levels]).

I'm very disappointed!!

I mean, while Siic has done that thing with the compendium which is awesome, the ULTIMATE-BESTEMEST-DEV-EVER will be the one who adds a search bar or sorting function to the TR Cache so I don't need to go searching through it every life.

I'd rather they eliminated the TR cache all together. Provide 10x the existing stoage, sortable/filtered/searchable like the auction house, shared between all characters.

Why just the TR Cache? The "Shared Bank" as a whole needs a good revamping. A wardrobe tab (for cosmetics), sort option, etc...

If we could get this guy to handle the Reincarnation issues like the TR Cache and things that just bug people like Storage it'd definitely be great.

See, I don't necessarily agree with this.

If you don't need to empty the TR cache every time you TR/IR then it becomes infinitely expanding storage.

I really don't think the game engine can handle infinitely expanding storage.

Wow! So where is the new HEY Siic thread full of our QoL requests like Lynns?

Excellent.

I assume the default is by heroic level then alphabetical by quest name, similar to how it works now.

Any chance to improve the quest order for quests in the same level? Keeping them grouped by packs would be great, and even better would be to order them in chain order within a pack.

Hey SIIC, there's this other thread with a a lot of requests for a SAGA tab in the Compendium:

If that is the case then in my mind the better route would be a tab in the Adventure Compendium that outlines the quests completed and current points earned per saga.

Another tab in the compendium is a great QOL improvement.

Now, a tab like that in the compendium would be awesome yes.

pretty sure a saga tab in the log or compendium has been requested several times already over the years, but for some reason it is not something that is getting any attention.
