Favor Tracking Spreadsheet

[FURYous]

Pretty simple spreadsheet to help plan your favor. Go through the list and click "Skip" in the "Done" column on all the quests you want to skip. This will update the sheet with quests "Planned" (not marked "Skip")
Then you should see how much favor is left and how many quests you need to do to get that favor.
As you do a quest, mark the difficulty done, in the Done column and the sheet will update to show how much you have earned, planned and skipped.

You can actually skip a lot of quests and still get to 5,000. There is 7403 favor if you do everything so you can skip 2403. You will need to do about 360 quests to get 5k favor and there is 498 quests (and raids and challenges) allowing you to skip around 138 things and still get your 5k favor.

1. download the file or open in sheets
2. the only thing you need to do is pick the difficulty or Skip from the Done column, the spreadsheet will do the rest.

• Quest name, Level and Favor should be self explanatory
• Possible shows a total of all favor possible to that point whether you do the quest or not
• Earned = running total of all quests you marked as done
• Lost = running total of all quests you marked as Skip
• Total favor planned = total favor of all quests not marked Skip. This allows you to plan what quests to skip by letting you know how much favor you will have once you marked all raid and other quests you want to skip.
• Total quests planed = Number of quests not marked Skip to give you a number of quests you plan to do.
• Quests left = number of quests planned - number of quests done.
• Quests skipped = number of quests you are skipping (Marked Skip)

NOTE: You have to download the file to make changes to it. I made this using excel and while it seems to work in Sheets, I make no promises.

NOTE: I added some comments in the title fields to explain what each number means, just hover your mouse over a total to see the notes.

Added a "Total Planned" field at the top to track everything you don't have marked "N"

Marked all raids as "N" and added " (RIAD)" to their names.

It looks like you can safely bypass all raids (some may be done on normal somewhat safely I think) and some of the more dangerous quests (like crucible) and still have enough favor to hit the 5,000 point mark. It will be a serious grind though, doing all 341 quests on elite or higher without dieing

Updated a few items.

Did you know you can skip 70 quests or so, you can skip most quests that have a huge chance of death in them. If you plan it out correctly, the road to 5000 could be a lot less stressful.

More changes, made the "Y" or "N" a drop down and added some more calcs.

In short:

1. download the file or open in sheets
2. the only thing you need to do is pick Y or N from the Done column, the spreadsheet will do the rest.

Premarked all 18 raids as skipped. This loses you 486 favor but leaves you 5762 favor to earn from other quests. This allows you to skip quite a few more to bypass the bad quests.

Major updates, it now lets you pick the difficulty and adjusts the favor to match.

NOTE: you have to choose from the drop down list with the difficulty that you plan to do the quest. Also you need to choose "Skip" on the quests you plan to skip to update the totals. For convenience, I pre selected most of the quests I normally skip. You need to change these to match your play.

Quite amazing, thank you for sharing.

A small thing - the dropdowns are missing for the last set of challenges.

A further improvement might be to add which chain / zone each quest is in and sort by that within each level, or simply sort by favor within each level as that is already in the sheet.

Weird, it went from 82 to 97 KB. Seems a lot.

That is strange. All I did was change the reference cell for the formulas on line 46 from Line 40 to line 45.
And correct the formulas for the Solo quest from doing a *3 to an *1 and also modified the formula to recognize if the drop down had "Solo" as a value.
