I seem to be missing quite a few things I own on regular servers:
I don't have any of the iconic races as options at character creation.
I don't have the White Lioness hireling.
And a few less consequential items like the Bonus Reward Ticket that was an account-wide unlock from PAX a long time ago.
Is there any trick to "finding" these missing features?

Bummer. To make things worse, it's not gonna be a universal type bug.
I cycled thru my iconics yesterday contemplating setting one of those up as a backup character - all were active. And have all my perma hirelings.
I was, however, missing the 'reward ticket' I usually get for <something>, but the NPC by the Leaky Dinghy is also absent, so figured it was intentional on that.
