WOW, jut had a Blast on the HARDcore.

Full Korthos and Harbor..... LFMS like crazy!

I got to play with people i never met from Thelanis, Cannith, sarlona, and orien servers! VERY NICE!

I was scared like crazy!

I looked at every piece of loot like it was gold, and if i needed it or not, I passed to others what was good.

ALL my play time was with 6 man groups, LFMS filled like crazy. I put up lfm and BAM!!! 30 seconds and FULL!! BAM! AWESOME.

Every decision, from race to class to enhancement ACTUALLY MEANT something..

And here is the kicker...... we zerged like little kids rushing a candy store the day after valentines day. 90% off! run run run.

Made it level 5 and one reaper point. then had to go to work... i willbe back...

ps the DEATH ANNOUNCEMENTS ARE THE BEST!!!

The HL server is great so far. It really is a different experience for everyone on the server to start fresh all at once.

It's the most fun I've had since the level cap was 10. I remember the first time I saw Velah. This feels alot like that but it's every quest lol. I've been in contact with some old guild mates. They're downloading the game and resubbing as I type.

Yes, I've run into players that came back after years away just for the Hardcore League event.

I remember when DDO was like this for me on the regular server. One of my great disappointments was how little other players cared about their lives. I used to take great care to avoid death at all cost, but as the game has gone on people seem to care less and less about their lives. The best part of this server is people finally treat their character's life as if it were valuable. Dying should always be something we try to avoid at all costs both in the real world and the games our avatars play. It is definitely a lot more fun and exciting this way.
