Elusive random Green/Yellow slots?

Folks,
Is it just me or is it everyone that has been missing/not seeing any random loot with green or yellow slots? I used to see them often enough and even started selling in AH but I haven't seen a green slot in EASILY 6 months. I play often and on many different level ranges (lotsa toons) so it's not lower level or heroic's that are missing them. Just curious if I'm literally the UNLUCKIEST player or if things have changed. Maybe a developer or someone of importance can chime in.

I pulled two necklaces with Green and two with yellow in the past Month and that is just necklaces. I have pulled Rings, Helms, Belts, Bracers and more except Gloves on the other hand I pulled nada in months .
