Glad to see some clarification on the xp changes and reset to the ransack penalties. Glad to see some of the bugs fixed. Sad to see that some EDs haven't been fixed yet. Sad to see my poor vegneance reaper go away
I highly disliked the 42.4 change to optional XP. This change? It's still horrible.
This change alone kills epic Wiz-King, epic Devil Assault, and other epic quests which relies heavily on the optional XP bonus to get the big XP. You can most likely get more XP from doing The Snitch 3-4 times in a row and in faster time than it takes for you to finish eDA.
(Side note, yes eDA isn't usually done for XP but the amount of XP you got while farming tokens was a great add-on)
Personally it should be tied to the quest ransack itself. If you really want to try to punish people doing the same quest over again just for the optional XP, make it that the optional XP ransacks twice faster, (on second run, optional XP is -40%, third run it's -80%) but have it still be able to get the daily reset.
Or if the issue is that people do the optional then leave out the quest without finishing the quest, don't give the optional XP right away and instead give them once the quest is complete.
Or if the issue is only with the heroic quests, make it not happen in Epic levels.

There are a number of bugs that have had dev replies of "this has been fixed internally and will be in the next patch".
Balanced Attacks comes to mind. Is it just missed in the notes? We've swapped in another twist for now so would be nice to know.

I am one of Mac people. Thanks for working hard for us to play. But, well, next time hope you guys will test it well bc the same thing happens over and over (after the patch last time I couldn't log in). Then if you birng that major changes in the middle of summer, when people are likely to have more free time and want to play, when things go south (and likely to go south when you try to do a lot of things in too short a time under much pressure), the damage will be massive for everyone. Maybe you guys should do this before or after summer. Not in the middle of prime time of entertainment. This devastated many people's summer fun.... like mine this week I had a whole week off and that doesn't happen every week or evey month or even..
*claps*The base experience of the quest Tower of Frost has been raised from 3062 to 6540.
Has the Duration perhaps been also increased from Medium to something like Very Long? (This affects reaper XP after all.)

Please seriously consider going through all quests and upping the base xp of those that do not get run much - as well as up the xp of optionals that are clearly not worth the time to run at the moment.

A quick question about epic Bravery Bonus. For the longest time level 20 quests got Bravery bonus only when you were within 3 levels of base (and all other epics when within 4 levels of base). Will this update finally allow people to be within 4 levels of base for level 20 quests or will they still require you to be level 23 or less if you want full BB?
I would certainly like that change, though my last run on heroic was 13 minutes so it's possible they just don't consider it to be a very long quest (that was in a party of level 13's with one level 14). Epic may be a different story and I am certainly not against its being labelled as very long to give it an RXP bonus.
