Default Remove skill penalty for sneaking

For now, sneaking give you -20 jump / tumble skill penalty.

Could you remove this penalty? Especially, for tumble.

I know, almost no one use tumble, but, tumble is quite useful for tactical positioning while in sneak.

It is very strange that sneaking is almost only situation that tumble is useful, but, it has huge penalty on it.

Or just invest heavily into tumbling? I have a level 7 character with 54 points in tumble, giving me 34 (1 point away from max usefulness) tumble while sneaking.

    I) Rogues, Monks and Ranges could get auto-grant feats that reduces this.

Rogues at levels 4/8/10 (-4 each)
Monks at levels 6/12/19 (-4 each)
Rangers at levels 9/17 (-4 each)

Lined up with thematic feats.. not that lore coherence is popular these days

    II)

Additionally I could see it as a single buyable feat for everyone:

Improved Sneaking ( or Sneaking Mobility)
    DEX 15 +
You no longer receive penalties to your tumbling skills while sneaking, and the jump penalty is halved (-10).

Tumble distance is capped by around 40, but, more tumble skill could speed up tumble "speed".

I am sitting 140+, but, 160+ would be more useful. I am addicted to it.
